Choose a PIN Code: Create a strong PIN (4-8 digits) that you will remember. This is your first layer of physical security.

Write Down Your 24-Word Recovery Phrase: This is generated by your device, not our servers. It is the single most important piece of your security.

Never digitize it. No photos, no cloud files.

Write it clearly on the provided sheet.

Store it somewhere safe and secret.

Download Ledger Live, the companion app for your device.

Follow the in-app prompts to "Set up as new device." Ledger Live will help you verify your device's authenticity.

Create Your First Account: Add an account for a cryptocurrency. Now you can safely receive your first funds!
